My name is Cass, I'm 23 years old, and I live in Nova Scotia, Canada. I enjoy gaming, drawing, drinking strong coffee, and watching the same cult-classic movies over and over again.
I started bbtb around December of 2014 when I decided I wanted a new hobby that would enable me to express myself in regards to my various musings. I love beauty and talking about makeup so I wanted my primary focus to be just that, but I do enjoy writing lifestyle posts and anything related to blog design as well. I write about anything that happens to tickle my fancy, really.
Beauty Behind the Bar started with me wanting a place to write about things that I enjoyed, whether I gained a readership for it or not. I have many hobbies and interests and wanted a space to share all of them. Why the name, you ask? Well, I hate it; but I came up with it while I was bartending in 2014 and thought it was cute. I no longer think that, but that's okay, right?
